Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you snag from Rebel Aunt — whether it’s a digital download or a rebellious print-on-demand goodie. But sometimes things go sideways, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🖥️ Digital Products

All digital products (printables, downloads, templates, etc.) are non-refundable.
Because they’re instantly accessible and can’t be “returned,” all digital sales are final. Please double-check your cart before completing your order.

📦 Physical Products (POD + Merch)

All of our physical items are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand partners. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or buyer error.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ve got your back.

🛠️ Something Went Wrong?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at katrina@rebelaunt.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging if applicable

We’ll review your claim and do our best to offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

🧾 Order Adjustments or Cancellations

Because many of our products are processed quickly after ordering, we can’t guarantee cancellations or edits. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
